At Padre Coffee, we want you to enjoy every brew, but due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only accept returns on equipment and accessories. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong roast, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 14 days; please note that roasted coffee beans cannot be returned unless defective.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged during transit.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item and send it back to our roastery using the provided return label or a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
After we inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
